01 / Operator and scope
These terms cover only the Jirovago website and its content. Browsing is free: the website offers no accounts, purchases, bookings or document uploads. Jirovago does not sell travel services here or act as a travel agency. App accounts, personal itineraries, budgets, documents, sharing and subscriptions will be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. Merely browsing does not constitute consent to optional processing or an agreement to use the app.
02 / Content and previews
Destinations, itineraries, times, images and the interactive phone are presentation examples, not offers or bookable services. The demo is not an app screenshot; some images are illustrative or generated. Store badges marked “Coming soon” do not indicate download availability, pre-orders or a release date. Described features may evolve: information for the released version and terms applicable when it is used will govern. Before planning a trip, verify prices, opening hours, entry requirements, safety and accessibility with official sources. The website does not replace professional advice.
03 / Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may browse the website for personal use and share its links. Do not interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, bypass protection measures or copy content for commercial exploitation without permission. Trademarks, text, design and other materials belong to the operator or their respective owners and are protected by applicable law. Uses permitted by law, including quotation and other applicable exceptions, remain allowed.
